I thought it would be fun to share on the blog some things that I have been loving lately. These are just a few of the things that I get excited about and want to share with others. Sometimes small and silly, sometimes big and crazy. I hope you enjoy. Please share what you are loving!
Trader Joe's Cauliflower Rice
I always shy away from making my own cauliflower rice at home. It ends up being a mess, I have multiple dishes to wash, and I rarely get it the consistency that I like. So, when I happened to be at Trader Joe's a few weeks ago and saw this Cauliflower Rice in the frozen section, I threw a couple bags in to my shopping cart. Now I am making special trips to my local Trader Joe's just to stock my freezer with this stuff. After I heat the rice up, I throw in a big splash of chicken broth and some dehydrated onion, mix, and Yum! This could be the easiest side dish ever!
This Top!
I found this recently at Old Navy. It is comfy, flattering, affordable, and cute. Win-Win-Win! It has become one of my favorite summer options, I wish it came in every color.
Collagen Peptides
I am all about trying out new supplements! I have been using this one for a couple of months now. The powder dissolves into liquid and is flavorless. I typically put it in my coffee in the morning, but sometimes I add it to soup. I love that it is an easy way to get extra protein and amino acids and I love the difference it is making for my hair and nails!
Instant Pot
Yep, I am in love with this beast! I have been using mine about 2-3 times a week and I still have not come close to using all of the functions. I have the 8qt which is big for our family, but I also like to cook large hunks of meat. I saved up all my birthday money and after mulling over it for weeks, I had to finally just get it!
